Support For Abby and Sparky

Hi! My name is Katie and I am lucky enough to be the new mom for Carol's dogs Abby and Sparky.
If you are reading this, you probably knew Carol and therefore you knew how loving and kind she was. I am starting this GoFundMe to try and make sure that I can give her dogs the same care and support that she gave to them.
A little about Abby and Sparky: Abby is a 10 year old Pit-Lab-Boxer mix who is full of wisdom and radiates calm. She has a great appetite and is a loyal walking companion. Sparky is a 12 year old white ball of fur who is a playful and protective snugglebug. He also has a great appetite : )
Currently, the main expenses for the dogs are food-related: I am currently keeping them on the grain-free diet that Carol had them on and I think the costs will average about 200 dollars a month. I am also grooming Sparky in the summer (his coat is a plant magnet!) and taking them both to the vet to get everything checked up on.
I have learned that Sparky has a heart murmur, some dental disease, and was prescribed HeartGuard (a heart-worm prevention medication) earlier this year. These guys are seniors and these kinds of health issues are to be expected. I have also learned that, unsurprisingly, Carol was a very caring mom who kept them on top of all of their vaccines and lab tests. I hope to do the same and would love your help making that happen.
