Support for Family After the Loss of Their Son Carter
Donation protected
On August 1, 2025, A parents world has been shattered in a way no parent should ever have to experience. Their beloved 16-year-old son, Carter Spivak-Villeneuve, was tragically taken from them in a senseless act of violence — that ended his young life far too soon.
Carter was more than just a teenager — he was a son, a brother, a nephew, a cousin, a friend and grandchild and a light to everyone who knew him. Carter had so much life left to live and love left to give.
No parent is ever prepared for this kind of loss — emotionally, spiritually, or financially. His parents are now faced with the unimaginable task trying to navigate through this overwhelming grief. In addition to the emotional toll, they are also going to be dealing with unexpected costs, celebration of life, time away from work, and the many other burdens that follow such a heartbreaking tragedy.
We are reaching out to our community, friends, extended family, and compassionate strangers to ask for support. Any donation, no matter how small, will help the family honor Carter’s memory and begin the long road toward healing.
If you are unable to donate, please consider sharing this fundraiser and keeping this beautiful family in your thoughts and prayers. Your love and support mean more than words can express.
Carter’s life was full of promise, and he will never be forgotten.
Thank you for helping us surround his family with the care and strength they need right now.
With love and gratitude,
on behalf of the Spivak-Villeneuve family.
