Hello everyone, My name is Roaa AlMadhoun, a health and nutrition student at the University of Palestine in Gaza. I am reaching out on behalf of my beloved family of eight, who are enduring unimaginable suffering amidst one of the most catastrophic wars Gaza has ever seen.

Our Story

We are the AlMadhoun family from northern Gaza once stable household now shattered by war.

Our home has been reduced to rubble by relentless airstrikes.

Our father’s business our only source of income was destroyed, causing losses of over $150,000.

We have been displaced multiple times and now live without clean water, electricity, or safety.

Our physical and mental health is deteriorating, especially among my younger siblings who suffer from malnutrition and trauma.

Our education is on hold as schools and universities lie in ruins.

Despite everything, we still dream:

I, Roaa, want to continue my degree in health and nutrition.

My brother Said, who scored 97.3% in high school, dreams of becoming a doctor

My sister Mena longs to complete her final year of school.

Mohamed, Abed, and Allen, the youngest, yearn to return to school and play like children again without fear.

What This Funds Will Help Us Do

Evacuate our family to safety where we can begin to heal and rebuild.

Secure food, shelter, and medical care the bare essentials we are currently deprived of.

Resume our education in a stable and supportive environment.

Restore dignity and hope to a family trying to survive, together.
