Support Scarlette’s Brain Surgery

Scarlette, 8 years old, has had a slew of medical testing done, initially for dizziness and falling. Lab work lead to several tests including brain scans and a few diagnoses. We have been given a final result from all the testing and Scarlette has been diagnosed with anemia, central hypothyroidism, abnormal kidney function and a craniopharyngioma (tumor in the brain on the pituitary gland). After more visits it has been determined that she will need brain surgery to remove the tumor to help her body grow and function to the best of its abilities. This has been a very stressful emotional test for all of us.
