Hi, my name is Ruqayyah. I originally started this GoFundMe to solely support my college journey, but I’ve realized I need to take care of something even more urgent first—my mental and emotional well-being.

Lately, financial stress and instability have taken a serious toll on my mental health. I’ve been trying to push through, but it’s become clear that I need a change of environment immediately. I’ve made the decision to relocate to a place where I’ll have the space and support to breathe, rebuild, and execute my plan for my future. This plan includes attending school when I have gained the funds needed.

Right now, I’m trying to raise enough to pay off my passport and afford a one-way flight (about $700 total). Thanks to earlier support, I already have $390 saved. I just need a little more help to get there.

I intend to move to the city that’ll make my transition into a college dorm easy and secure. I plan to pursue a degree while working and establishing myself as an entrepreneur with my Etsy business; QayyahsArtchive. It is a digital Graphic Design business solely produced and marketed by myself.
