Support My Trip to the NSBE 50th Annual Convention

I’m reaching out with a life-changing opportunity that I need your help to make a reality. My daughter is in her final semester of her engineering degree and we would like to attend the 50th Annual Convention for the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) in Chicago from March 5–9, 2025. This event will connect her with potential employers and open doors to future career opportunities.

As a mother, I want to be there to support her, but this trip is also a crucial opportunity for me. Recently, I was terminated from my job of 12 years, and I’m actively seeking new career paths. Attending this convention will allow me to network with industry professionals, explore job opportunities, and take steps toward rebuilding my career. With your support, this is possible.

The estimated cost for airfare, hotel, and entry fees from Canada to the U.S. is approximately $2,500. Any contribution—whether $5, $10, $20, or more—will bring me closer to this goal and is deeply appreciated.

To show the impact of your contribution, I will document the entire experience on my YouTube channel and TikTok account. I’ll also go LIVE at times, giving you an inside look at the convention and how your support is making a difference.
