Hello… My name is Luisángela Fabiana and I am 6 years old… When I was 4, I was diagnosed with a Wilms tumor (a type of cancer) in my right kidney. The doctors decided they had to remove my kidney and start chemotherapy and radiation treatment… I went through this for 9 months until, at the end of all the cycles, the cancer seemed to be gone…

Five months later, I had new tests and they found cancerous masses again, so I had to restart chemotherapy and radiation cycles until December 2025. In January 2026, I had another surgery to remove those masses from my abdomen… That time, I was hospitalized for two months because my intestines reacted very slowly and I had an intestinal obstruction…

A week ago, on April 26, I had surgery again because of the intestinal problem… The difficult part is that before the surgery, I had a CT scan and they found active nodules again in my chest and lungs… So now I need to continue with a new cycle, this time with more specific medicines for what I need…

During these two and a half years, my mommy has been with me day and night, while my daddy works so we can have the essentials (food, transportation, housing, utilities, etc.)… But since my mommy needs to stay with me and I can’t go to school (I study online), she can’t work to help my daddy… Sometimes I help her make bread and cakes, and they turn out very delicious…

A friend of my mommy suggested creating a GoFundMe to ask for support… My daddy feels shy about it, but sometimes we don’t understand God’s plan unless we walk through it…
