Support Julie Bachewich’s Fight Against Cancer
Donation protected
Dear Friends, Family, and Kind Souls,
Today, I’m reaching out with an urgent plea for help for my incredible friend Julie Bachewich—a young, vibrant 44-year-old mother and a beacon of light in our community. Recently diagnosed with a debilitating diagnosis of genetic metastatic lung cancer to her spine, she is facing a battle that no one should have to fight alone.
Committed on her recovery, but facing the challenge of temporarily being unable to walk, Julie's family is dedicated to ensuring she regains the independence she deserves. Unfortunately, a ramp at her front door isn't feasible due to space constraints so what she urgently needs is a wheelchair lift. But this will be more than just a lift; it will be a lifeline that will allow her to get outside, into her community again, breathe in fresh air, and enjoy the freedoms we all have to create unforgettable moments with her friends, family and 11-year-old daughter.
We’re aiming to raise $8,000 to cover the cost and installation of this wheelchair lift. As well as about $2000 to register Julie for private physiotherapy and aquatherapy. Every single dollar counts, and your generosity can light the way for Julie as she navigates this challenging journey.
How You Can Make an Impact

3. Send Encouragement: If you can’t donate, your uplifting words can inspire Julie and remind her that she’s surrounded by love and support.
In moments like this, we see the power of community. Your support can bring hope to Julie and her family as they navigate this journey.
Thank you for taking the time to read Julie’s story. Let’s rally together and show her that love and compassion can conquer even the toughest challenges!
