Support Dan on the road to recovery xx

Some of you may or may not know, but our lovely Dan was involved in a car accident on the 23rd of October, due to the severity of his injuries he was blue lighted straight to The Royal London Hospital in critical condition, it was touch and go if he was going to make it.
Thanks to the amazing paramedics, his friends and family and passer’s by who stepped in to to get him the help he needs, Dan was eventually stable in the early hours of the following morning but his condition was extremely worrying as he had suffered brain trauma, bleed on the brain, collapsed lung & multiple injuries. Not only this ,during his stay in hospital he has also had to battle sepsis, pneumonia and other infections.
He was transferred closer to home in late November to Southend Hospital, where he is still an in-patient. Despite the severity of his injuries he has shocked absolutely everyone (including the doctors!) with the phenomenal progress he’s made in the past few weeks, his physical rehabilitation has been going well and his speech has made massive improvements since Christmas reminding everyone that the funny, loveable and sarcastic Dan is still well & truly there! Dan is known for being the life & soul of the party, hilarious and loveable. An avid football fan, golf playing, peroni drinking all round amazing guy and we’re all so thankful his recovery is coming along so well.
It’s fair to say dan could not have done this without the support of his incredible family, particularly his amazing mum, sister & girlfriend who have been at his bedside every minute of the way, turning their lives upside down to be there for dan every step of the way, and not being able to return to work full time since the night of the accident.
We would love to raise some money to alleviate some of the stress that’s been suffered and we’re especially eager to be able to help with the cost of getting Dan into a rehabilitation centre to start his road to recovery as soon as possible. Currently dan’s been in hospital for the best part of 4 months and it could be an even further 3 months before he is able to attend the NHS provided rehab facility programme which would take up to 6 months.
Please if you can spare any money at all it would go directly to Dan’s family for the cost of rehabilitation and support he may need when he finally gets to return home to his lovely family and friends who all miss him so much.

Please can you donate anything you can, and pass this link on. We Would appreciate any help to get our Dan recovered & back home with his family xxxx
