Hello, my name is Carmina Mora. I have been dealing with ongoing back and other medical issues, which have not only caused me significant discomfort and pain but have also resulted in financial hardship due to the amount of time I had to take off work.

I was advised over a year ago that I needed back surgery, but due to financial constraints, I was unable to proceed with it at the time. Unfortunately, my condition has since worsened to the point where surgery is now essential, and I had scheduled the procedure for April 4.

I will be applying for disability and utilizing any available sick or vacation pay; however, my remaining balance is minimal as I had to use much of it for medical-related absences. My recovery will take between 6 to 8 weeks. I will be using the money to cover some of my most important expenses, like rent. Anything will be appreciated. Thank you and God bless you
