About My Platform: Healed and Heard

Healed and Heard is a creative wellness initiative I founded to help women and children heal, express, and rediscover their voice through the arts.

We blend poetry, music, movement, journaling, and mindfulness to support emotional healing, build confidence, and promote mental well-being.

This platform was born from my own journey of overcoming trauma, caregiving, and rediscovering joy through artistic expression—and now, I’m using my voice to uplift others.
