Help My Mother Anila Fight Breast Cancer

My name is Ermal, and I am reaching out for help for my beloved mother, Anila Zerani, who is bravely fighting breast cancer. She has always been the heart of our family — a strong, kind, and selfless woman who now needs urgent medical support to continue her battle for life.

Recently, my mother was diagnosed with breast carcinoma (C50.9 – breast cancer) at the University Hospital “Nënë Tereza” in Tirana. Her medical reports and CT scans show multiple nodules and lymph node involvement, including axillary lymphadenopathy up to 27 mm, retroareolar masses, and lesions in both breasts that require immediate and continued oncological treatment.

Doctors have also identified hyperplastic and hypertrophic changes in several organs, and she has been undergoing detailed imaging, laboratory exams, and oncology consultations. The oncologist, Dr. Sabo Ademi, and radiologist Dr. Eni Mehmeti, both confirmed the need for urgent follow-up treatments and possible biopsy and therapy due to the spread of nodules and lymphatic changes.

Unfortunately, our financial situation has become overwhelming. The costs of continuous imaging, biopsy, specialized oncology consultations, and medications are far beyond our means. We have already spent everything we could to keep her care ongoing — but now we are at a point where we simply cannot afford the next steps without help.
