Dollars for Deana
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Kristen, and I am a close friend of the Stuckey family.
As many of you know, the Stuckey family had to endure one of the scariest, most dangerous disasters a family could ever go through--a house fire. Luckily, thanks to Deana's heroic actions she was able to put out the fire and saved her house, her family, and dog, not TOO much of the house is burned, however they will probably need new furniture, possibly kitchen cabinets and flooring. AND, Deana has suffered 3rd degree burns, and is currently in University of Louisville's burn unit awaiting surgery. For those of you who know Deana, you know that she has touched so many lives and has the kindest, most caring, generous heart. Deana is the best mother to her 6 kiddos, who are home in evansville while she is hospitalized in louisville. Between medical costs, gas for Gary/the kids to commute to visit her, etc. this is not going to be cheap. I'm sure $5000 is just a dent in what they will need, but, you have to start somewhere. AND since Deana will not be working any time soon, this will obviously have a financial strain on this wonderful family. I just wanted to take the time to give back to someone who has done so much for me and so many other people. Please feel free to share. Any and all donations are beyond appreciated!
