Hi. I'm Jo. I moved to San Diego with a job that let me go 3 weeks later due to budget cuts. 3 1/2 years later im bearly surviving. I sleep in my car, on a couch or floor when I'm lucky. The $75 for each back ground check kills the pockets to be told they found roommate that fits their vibe better. I have Dids, so working a second job isn't best for us. . I do not qualify for assistance cause I do work 40 hours a week, can't get disability cause I'm able to work. Being homeless has made it harder to control the personalities. We struggle daily.

I have started donating plasma for extra money and I do work OT when it's offered.

I need new tires and new glasses that I can't seem to ever have enough money for.

I have gym membership to shower daily, I eat out every day cause no kitchen. I have all my belongings in storage so that's yet another bill monthly along with car paymeny and insurance.

My main goal is to move out of this state.

My mental health suffers daily here. Single income is never going to be enough in this state.

With help I can get new tires and plan to move to my daughter across country.

Not asking for miracles, just a little boost to help me reach my goals.
