Our story is about our baby Jude Lawrence Nichols who was born to Nykole & Justin on June 12, 2015. Nykole's pregnancy was perfect! She did everything that she needed to do to take care of Jude and herself. They would put a headset on her belly so Jude could listen to music! JUDE loves music! Justin would sing & talk to his boy every chance he could get! Nykole's labor was 26 hours but she handled it like a superhero there were no issues it was perfect! Finally time to push and push she did with all her might but he wasn't budging. Suddenly his heart rate dropped and they rushed her in for an Emergency Cesarean! Within 2 minutes our precious Jude was born however he took one deep breath then no more! Little Jude had to be resuscitated for 11 minutes. He was transferred to an unbelievable NICU hospital in Orlando! Jude is in a special cooling suit called ThermaKid. Our little boy is such a fighter and continues to do it daily! Every minute is a win!
