PLEASE HELP trying to collect the cost of my car repairs so that I can go home. I was 4.5 hours from home, Fri., July 4th, when my car broke down in Strawberry Plains/Knoxville, TN. Due to the holiday, I slept in my car waiting till Monday to be looked at by a mechanic and diagnosed. An amazing local couple stopped to check on me and gave a local reputable mechanic my name and info. The shop had my car towed to them at their expense. It was found to be the motor was totally done; water where water shouldn't be and a few other symptoms. Wouldn't you know, they had one on their salvage/parts lot for my 2004 Toyota Camry As of now, my car is fixed, running great, and I'm back on the road. However, the repair costs have left me in a financial bind, and I need help covering these unexpected expenses. If you could spare $5 that would greatly help me and if you can't and all you can do is share this I greatly appreciate you all!!
