Lawsuit to Stop CA District Voting

100% of the money raised here will go towards attorneys fees and legal expenses for our big Federal Lawsuit against State of California for it's unconstitutional CVRA (California Voting Rights Act), which is being abused by left wing activists and their sleazy lawyers to coerce our smaller cities into adopting race-based (Latino) voting districts to try to give more power to Democrats and Latinos in our cities.  The only way to stop this illegal voting scheme is to get it up to the higher courts for injunctions and eventual rulings on the legalities of  dividing our cities (and school districts and hospital districts) up by race for the purpose of electing more minorities to city councils and boards.  The Supreme Court has already ruled several times that you cannot separate voting districts by race.

These city district schemes also affect every voter in California as they take away 75% - 80% of your voting power since now you will only be able to vote for one council member for your "district", instead of all four or five on the council with our current "at large" voting system.
