My name is Sean Kelly and I've endured nearly 300 days (9+ months) of the latest SLAPP* lawsuit attack intended to break me financially, emotionally and spiritually.

I'm 66 years old, a father of five, grandfather of 8, and head wrangler of 21 therapy chickens in Lancaster, PA. (They serve as my therapists. Plus eggs.)

SLAPP Defendant, DonutNV v Kelly

"*" I am currently the Defendant in DonutNV v Kelly, a defamation lawsuit filed in the Court of Common Pleas, Lancaster County, PA. My reference to DonutNV v. Kelly reflects my personal, non-attorney, non-juducial opinion that this lawsuit is without merit and was filed in bad faith for the purpose of silencing protected speech in the public interest. To be clear, I am not claiming that any judicial body or court has yet ruled it a SLAPP (Strategic Lawsuit Against Public Participation).
