Hi my name is Collin and I'm setting up this gofundme for my late father who has recently and tragically passed. If you knew my dad, you would know that he was a flawed human being just like anyone else. But you would also know that aside from his flaws he was a decent man with a good heart and good intentions. He was a man who worked his hands to the bone and got the job done better than most in his field. He had all these stories of how he was the dude you didn't want to mess with. He was a real tough guy. He was also the kind of guy you'd see tearing up during the sentimental parts of movies. (The scene in the Iron Giant where the robot saves the town from a bomb pretending that he's superman....sorry dad). Under his badass demeanor there was just a sweet, vulnerable guy, and I'm going to miss that about him more than anything. Our family isn't wealthy. Nobody is in a position that they have money to spare for something like this. I don't expect much from this, but our family could use any support we can get and anything is appreciated.
