Pawpaw fought a long hard fight. He went to be with Jesus this morning, and did not have life insurance. Everything will be out of pocket for our family, so anything anybody can find it in their hearts to donate to go towards the expenses would be greatly appreciated. He leaves behind lots of loved ones. Anything will be appreciated. Thank you.

Pawpaw has decided to stop all treatment. He says he rather have quality of life, over quanity. We understand and respect his decision. Now its ALL up to God ❤️ We know he's covered either way it goes. Thanks so much everyone whos been on this journey with us, and who have reached out, offered to help, and sent donations. We are truly grateful love you all.

Pawpaw has decided to stop radiation, because he would rather quality of life, rather than quanity. He will be doing more chemo, and in 6 months we will do an MRI to see what changes have been made. We got him moved to me and my fiances house, and are waiting for his building to be delivered. Its a hull as of right now, so we will have to run electric, plumbing, insualtion, new appliances YOU NAME IT! He will be right outside our door, so thats a blessing in itself. It will give me more time to keep a closer eye on him, and make our running to and from appointments so much easier. He appreciates all the prayers! Keep them coming please! Latest Update. Pawpaw has decided to stop radiation, and continue just the chemo. He says he rather have QUALITY of life, over quanity. We respect his decision. Its all in the hands of the Lord . He has decided to make a down payment on a "Tiny home", and move it out on me and my fiances land so hes even closer to me (boy those back and forth trips several times a day gets hard) It will need everything, its literally an empty building as of now. After the first of the month, and 2 weeks (delivery time) the REAL work for us will begin. He will literally need all appliances, including stove, hot water heater, ac/heating window unit, sinks for both the bathroom and kitchen....the list goes on! So any help would be so appreciated! Even donations of those items will be welcomed. Thank you for all the prayers God bless

Update ** So pawpaw had his surgery, and is still recovering. His leg, mouth, and neck are still healing and he's still not able to really eat solid food we are still having to puree some. He has started radiation, and tomorrow starts chemo as well. He has to have Boost (Dr wants 6 a day) and those can be costly. He also is paying for medication out of pocket, as Medicare doesn't cover it all. Anything helps! We appreciate all the donations and prayers ❤️ Hope everyone has a Merry Christmas.

My name is Shelbie Paulsey, and I am starting a fundraiser for my grandfather Steve Redd who has been recently diagnosed with Stage 4 Mandibular squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck. He will be having to have surgery first, removing his jawbone, and they will take be reconstrucing him one using bone from his leg. My mother Julie Morton and I will be traveling back and forth to Houston for his appointments and surgery which is in the near future along with starting Chemotherapy and possibly Radiation.
