Steve Brown, co-owner of Our Place Restaurant in Custer SD, has recovered from the initial bout of pancreatitis enough to work again. Steve and Diane have even expanded the restaurant hours in order to serve the community and to earn money to meet Steve's growing medical bills.

Steve has pancreatitis, which is a deadly and debilitating disease that causes extreme pain, the inability to eat, and frequent hospitalizations.
