Stephen's Smile

So recently this past December I had to go get a root canal, and it made me realize how poor of a condition my teeth are in, and made me truly ashamed of myself, of my teeth and my smile. Growing up through grade school and high school I was and still am prescribed Adderall, which when I was originally prescribed was never told it's side-effects like dry mouth and possibly rapid tooth decay, well I've been taking 20mg capsules once a day for the past....11years and that is one cause of my problem, the second, back in early 2015 I was homeless for about a year and 2 months severally depressed and no where to go I simply stopped caring about myself which obviously didn't help I managed to get a job working for an armored truck company in 2016 and moved back home with my mother and fsther, I had health coverage, had dental coverage, Hell the only reason I took the job was for the dental, I was working 2:30pm to 7 am Monday through Friday underpaid for the position I was in, and thought this was a new beginning a chance to fix myself, June 2nd 2016 I get fired due to the fact my branch manager says my DOT certificate was revoked (I had no prior notification) and that it was revoked due to my medical history which violated the ADA, so I try to fight it and I get told I have no case, so now I'm at an all time low, and again stopped caring. Late December I had to get an emergency root canal done, it cost me about $1700 USD, the October of 2015 I had to have two molars extracted that cost about $1500, at this point I am realizing that saving most of my teeth may not be an option anymore simply due to price, and would have to have the right side all pulled however ever sincd I lost the job with the armored truck company I can barely afford my bills. I live with damaged, chipped, broken, split teeth all mostly on the right side of my mouth, and it is the most painful thing I've ever felt, a major extraction is the only thing I can think of that could end this damn pain but I can't even afford to go get quote, I honestly don't know what to do, as everytime i try and ask for help, sure a few people help, and I thank them very much but I've always gotten the same results a few people help, and I wind up missing 2 months of rent because of the bill. I barely  750$ in two weeks..I and it all goes toward my current bills, so I beg, of anyone can help me please, even a single dollar can help.
