Support for Stephen & Karen Varelli

As many of you know, our dear friend Stephen Varelli was diagnosed with ALS nearly two years ago. ALS is a devastating disease with no cure and no clear timeline. Each day brings new challenges, and what was once easy becomes harder for Stephen and his family.

Stephen is now wheelchair-bound and requires increasing levels of care. His wife, Karen, has been an incredible caregiver—balancing Stephen’s daily needs while still caring for their family and home. But as Stephen’s needs grow, Karen may need to hire outside caregivers for help—whether for respite, or if she needs to return to work.

Unfortunately, in-home caregiving is extremely expensive and, like many ALS-related costs, not covered by insurance. That’s why we’re asking for your support.

All donations will go directly toward a dedicated fund to help cover the cost of caregivers and the support Steve and Karen urgently need.
