Jacob Davis is a 13 year old, beautiful young man with severe, non-verbal autism.
We have tried every possible non-harmful therapy we can find. Some have helped and others have seen no results.
We have reached a point where care for Jacob has become much more challenging, and we’ve had to look at the possibility of instititionalization. The severity of his behaviors limits his ability to go out into the community and experience life as everyone does.
Jacobs health challenges have always included a large number of autoimmune components. This has led to him having to deal with constant pain, and a feeling of general unwellness.
In fact, he has been hospitalized for crisis stabilization at Denver Childrens Hosptal six times in the last year.
Over the last several years, we have researched stem cell therapy, and are excited about the possibilities for significant improvement and even reversal of many of Jacob’s challenges with this intervention.
None of the expenses for this therapy are covered by insurance, and the costs are significant.
