STAGE 3 CANCER & TEMPORARY HOUSING
STAGE 3 CANCER
In December 2024 doctors diagnosed me with Stage 3B cancer (squamous cell carcinoma) of my tongue/throat, with metastasis to 5 lymph nodes.
By end of April 2025 I completed an intensive 7-week medical treatment program, which wreaked havoc on my body. The program included over 35 healthcare professionals I had to interact with often, and:
* Chemo 1x/week
* Radiation 5x/week

CANCER TREATMENTS SHATTERED MY BODY
I could not talk or drink water or eat without excruciating pain for a month. 8 months after treatments eating is still quite limited and painful, often needing to use a prescription medication to numb up my mouth to eat. Talking still hurts at times. I am dealing with several other physical and emotional changes, some permanent. And I am navigating low energy and fatigue, depression, sleeping a lot and general malaise.

DONATIONS
I still need so much support for my recovery from my debilitating cancer treatments and the 15 years of outrageous stress along with chronic lifelong infections and viruses leading up to getting cancer, as well as and modest living expenses to get me back on my feet. I am doing as much as I can to make sure the cancer is fully gone and doesn’t return (create way better health); Specifically:
* Targeted supplements and Western/Eastern herbs
* Proven alternative treatments
* Medical testing and procedures
* Healthcare and transportation — often have to drive far for healthcare
* Living expenses support
* Dr. Joe Dispenza work — how I move through the massive loss, betrayal, health challenges, cancer treatment effects, and personal changes that underly how my body couldn’t fight off cancer and deal with my 10 infections/viruses

STRUGGLE TO RECOVER — CANCER, TREATMENTS, MASSIVE STRESS
Before cancer and treatments, I experienced over a decade of massive unrelenting stress to assist my ex-wife to beat 2 terminal cancers — it was my full time job.
On top of my exhausted and debilitated state, I faced the emotional devastation of my wife/soulmate leaving me and the deep grief over everything else I lost/gave up: home and most possessions; social life; money; support network; health; and passing of my parents, grandparents and kitty companion of 16 years).

CURRENT SYMPTOMS FROM CANCER TREATMENTS (radiation/chemo)
You can read my updates about my journey. As of December 2025 my symptoms:
* Low energy and tired a lot — whenever I have energy I endeavor to go to the gym, but that is now down to 1-3 times/week
* I am still in a lot of pain — all over and in always in my mouth
* Quite limited in what I can eat, as my mouth always hurts
* My speech is altered — raspy, and it still hurts some to a lot when I talk
* Depression — it comes and goes, but it can be strong and debilitating
* Just don’t feel good — about 5 days/week I go through this, and it feels like having a flu

HOW I GOT HERE
The years of assisting Talyaa (ex-wife) beat impossible odds to survive her cancers took an unimaginable toll on me. Her cancers devastated us both — financially, socially, emotionally, physically, and mentally. It destroyed my health, my business, and our marriage! And the years of unrelenting stress helping Talyaa beat cancer destroyed what little health I had left. Then Talyaa left. I fell apart.
It took everything I had to keep going, and I almost didn’t make it.
I had already suffered decades of mysterious & debilitating health problems, eventually discovering most of the underlying causes — 10 infections and viruses, contributing to more than 65 medical diagnoses. All of this made me very sick, unable to work consistently or at all for over 15 years.

TEMPORARY HOUSING
I lost my long-term housing in December 2024 due to my debilitating health problems. This fundraiser allowed me to stay in Airbnb’s during treatments January through mid April. Since mid April I have been in temporary housing and extremely grateful. At some point I will choose where I will live, hopefully for many years to come.
*** I am available for house/pet sitting in San Diego County (NO charge). This will assist me to get a professional position with “Trusted Housekeepers”, with long-term housing options.***

THANK YOU
Even in the midst of what I face and have experienced (terrifying at times and very painful), I am grateful to be alive! This has only been made possible from doing Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work for 6 years, AND the help of great friends and community! Until a person experiences such debilitation it may be hard to relate to needing a lot of help. I don’t ever want to be in this place of having to ask and rely on assistance, though I am now.
