Please help & support us with end of life expenses

A year ago, my mom was diagnosed with a rare form of terminal stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer. At the same time she became homeless and had to make the painful decision to re home her beloved kitties. This past February she finally got into an apartment but her cancer has been progressing so quickly, she hasn't been able to get settled in and we've unfortunately ran out of time. As of last week she has now started hospice and is progressing even more quickly. So quickly that she can no longer get outside to walk her dog or move about her apartment, that is still mostly boxes. She is at the stage of needing someone with her around the clock.

For me, this is beyond surreal, having lost my dad to liver cancer just 3 years ago. Fortunately, in that scenario, I was in the same state as him and was able to be there until the very end of his 7-month-long battle.

I live 4 states away from my Mom and am trying to make arrangements to be there with her through the end and am

starting this GoFundMe in hopes to raise the money to do so. In addition, what will be needed for after life wishes such as cremation and burial next to her parents in Missouri.

My sister and I will also need to move her things from her new apartment to wherever it’s all going, including what comes back to Kentucky with me. We have a lot of logistics ahead of us to work out and no financial means to do so. She has no savings, life insurance or any other financial resources coming.
