Stacia's Fight - breast cancer

Donation protected
Let me begin to tell you a story of a young family, just like any you would know, who's world was just rocked like nothing you could imagine. They just welcomed their 2nd child 3 months prior, a perfect baby girl named Sloan... to be the little sister of their 3 year old son, Levi. No love is stronger than what these four people share, Stacia, Daniel, Levi and Sloan. No parents love their children as unconditionally as Daniel and Stacia do for their young babies. They have been able to thrive in Houston, Texas through the heat of the summers, a move from the city to the suburbs and most recently... surviving Hurricane Harvey as well.

Life was perfect... until Stacia and Daniel found a lump in Stacia's left breast.

We went through rigorous tests, biopsy's, a multitude of doctors, etc. It was confirmed that Stacia has breast cancer.

It has been a very tough few weeks and we know I’m about go down an even scarier path. At 31 years old Stacia never expected to have to go through this. With 2 young children, especially one of them an infant, the world did not stop spinning.   How are we going to take care of Stacia and Sloan and Levi?   What is going to happen to our current lives?  How are we going to get Stacia better and explain all this to our children?

We have to fight this with everything we have... not just for us but for our two babies, our immediate family, our extended families and friends. We know that we will have the support of so many and we are grateful for that.

Stacia has been waiting an excruciating 4+ weeks with no treatment at all... knowing this cancer is inside her and we can't start fighting it yet. We are waiting so we can be accepted into a new Clinical Trail at MD Anderson so she can get the most advanced care possible to treat her Breast Cancer. She was just recently accepted into this new trial and it’s just the beginning of the fight!!! She has been diagnosed with Stage 3, HER 2+ Breast Cancer... and it picked the wrong person and family to mess with.

You don't mess with Texas... and you don't mess with a Folloder.

Stacia is TRULY a SUPERMOM, SUPER-WIFE and AMAZING FRIEND (if you know anything about her).
She would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need and now we are asking that anyone that is touched by her story of fighting this Breast Cancer (and the heart to kick its ass) to please show their support. #FollodersFight

Stacia is caring, loving, supportive and has given nothing less than that to her family, friends and everyone she has ever comes across. Our two children (Levi, 3 years old & Sloan, 4 months old) adore their mom and will forever look up to her and know that she will always be their HERO for fighting and conquering this crappy hand she has been dealt.

Stacia doesn't just have a support group behind her... she has an ARMY that is going to war with her. This cancer doesn't stand a chance with all the amazing family, doctors, friends and everyone that is willing to support our fight.

Keep the love, prayers, support and outpouring of communication coming!
