Update May 4, 2026

With the heaviest of hearts we have to update that Stacey passed in the early morning hours of Saturday May 2. Her husband and children surrounded her through her final days and she fought hard to be with them. While our hearts are broken and the world has dimmed without her we know she is bringing joy and light to those in heaven alongside her.

Original: As some may know Stacey has been battling several health issues for months. In April, under the watchful eye of her medical team and husband she decided to travel to Florida. The doctors in Missoula told her to take advantage of the medical team in Florida while she was there and unfortunately she has had to do just that.

After arriving in Florida Stacey’s condition deteriorated dramatically. She has been in the hospital for 3 weeks as of April 26. She is currently experiencing a myriad of symptoms that are largely not understood by her doctors. Due to this her entire body is fighting and it is exhausting and painful for her and her family.

In the meantime she is in Orlando, Florida as is her husband Mike who has been with her every step of the way. Mike is working on securing a medical flight for Stacey to return home as soon as she is able so she can be surrounded by her family and friends as she heals.

These flights range from $75,000 to $150,000. Between this and all of the other bills that continue to accumulate we would like to do whatever we can to help support them.

Many have asked how they can help and the only real ways right now are fervent and constant prayer and if you would like to make a financial contribution it will be much appreciated and used to fund Stacey getting home as soon as she is able and to fund her family to travel to Orlando to support her.

We will do our best to update with her progress here and on social media. Stacey’s phone is turned off and Mike is dealing with a lot on his own far from home.
