The 8th grade will accomplish this goal by posting this on the go fund me website. Also this will be a hands on activity, that will require hard work, and dedication. The 8th grade will be buying our materials from Local construction department stores then taking it back to the school blacktop and constructing a tiny house. The tiny house will go to a homeless person in need of a sustainable housing.
We are raising money to buy supplies to build a tiny house that will be donated to a tiny house community for a homeless person.
We are 8th grade students at St. Therese Catholic Academy. We are faith-filled servant leaders who would like to do productive tasks within the community. We feel building this tiny house, though only minor in the housing crisis of Seattle, is a way to be more Christ-like in providing a home for someone in need.We are excited to grow as a community from this process, as it is a hands-on, learning experience. We are raising money to buy supplies to build a tiny house that will be donated to a tiny house community for a homeless person. “It provides a dry place, and one they can shower in, which can better their chances of employment.”
