Speedy Strong: Ray Walker Support Fund
Donation protected
Ray "Speedy" Walker was involved in a devastating car accident on Saturday, April 25th. Tragically, the accident took the life of his mother and aunt. Despite serious injuries that included broken bones and damage to his spinal cord, Ray has pulled through two surgeries and is alert and recovering.
Ray is no stranger to overcoming the odds, and he needs our help. Please send love and prayers for Speedy and his family, share this site on Social Media, and, if you are able, make a donation to support him here.
As he heals and even afterwards, Speedy is going to need money to fund his recovery and help him to rebuild his life without his mother. Money raised here will be used to pay Speedy's health care bills, to cover of living while he heals, and to set up Ray for success as he begins this new phase of his life.
Ray is a former Carver Scholar of the Year, the starting point guard on the Carver basketball team which made it to the state Semifinals, and an all-around amazing young man.
All money donated here will be given to Ray and used to help him as he recovers and rebuilds his life. This fund has been authorized by the family.
