Special Research Licence for 8m

OFCOM wants me to pay money for a special licence. This makes sense if you are a big company worth billions, but this is a huge deal if you are a small individual. It prevents radio propagation research. If I manage to get support, I will go ahead with the application. If it is refused, the money raised will go to charity. I was originally hoping to start worldwide experiments in March 2022.
