Hi everyone, and welcome to our crowdfunding campaign! Do you want to empower designers of color? Empower youth in the community? Maybe you're looking to support the art community? Well, our company does just that!
BluOranges LLC is a fashion empowerment brand focused on providing online and in-person classes, training workshops, and multi-session opportunities to teens and young adults locally and globally centered around thriving in the fashion worlds.
From our very first dress with Something Blu Bridal in 2009 to generating sales every month, our business has seen growth and exposure over the years. This exposure has allowed us to be in the company of some very talented designers who all have one thing in common--a need for a WORKROOM.
BluOranges wants to change that. As we plan to bring along the next generation of designers, we are opening our first BluRoom--a workspace dedicated to designers of color to give them access to the tools and training necessary to propel them forward on their journey in the industry.
The BluRoom will include:
-working hour access to cutting tables, dress forms, industrial machines
-office space for team meetings, brainstorming and collection editing
-Weekly/monthly training on collection creation & development, business basics and more
While we own the basics to run our business, we need your generous support to successfully move forward. We need the help of our community, which means you! So, don't just watch and leave the site.
