Help Make Christmas Awesome For Kids At Agape Home In Chiang Mai, Thailand
This year my Remote Year group is spending the holidays abroad. Since I won’t be home with my loved ones, our group decided to do something for our local community.
In lieu of a Christmas present I’m asking for friends and family to donate to this great cause, The Agape House - a home for children living with HIV/Aids here in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
We got the honor to go meet the kids and spend the day playing with them and learning more about Agape House's mission. The founder Avis gives the kids 1,000 Baht (about $30 USD) each year for Christmas. For many of them this is the only gift or toy they get all year.
Our Sisu Family is helping to sponsor Christmas for the kids this year but we need your help. There are just over 100 kids at the orphanage. Our goal is to get 100 people to donate $20 and give these kids a great holiday.
Any help spreading the word would be a big help. And any donation helps us get closer to our goal.
