Janaza Expenses or Sister Khadija

A member of our community has just lost their mother this past week and they are genuinely with very limited means to cover the janaza costs.
Sister Khadija Aouam, age 76, from Morocco, living in Melrose, MA passed away earlier this week.
Her Janaza Prayer and Burial took place on Tuesday, August 4 , 2020. Due to the ongoing health crisis and restriction of large gatherings, the Janaza Prayer and Burial was limited to close friends only and not open to the public.
We have set up a donation page online to help this family settle the debt of their Janaza expenses. Al-Marhama is covering a portion of this cost from the needy fund but help is still needed. Please donate generously with the intention to ease their burden and to ease the pain from their loss. They are our family.
As always, surplus donations received will go to the Al-Marhama Needy Fund to help future families in need.

O Allah, forgive her and have mercy upon her, excuse her and pardon her, and cleanse her with water, snow, and ice, and purify her of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. O Allah, exchange her home for a better home, and her family for a better family. Admit her in Paradise as her ultimate home, protect her from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the fire. O Allah, grant patience to her family and friends and provide them with strength and strong iman to recover from this difficult loss. Ameen.
We extend our sincere condolences to the family and their loved ones and ask Allah SWT to grant them patience.

3) Your relationship to the parties you're raising funds for - I do the accounting/fundraising for Al-Marhama Islamic Burial Services which provided the Islamic Burial Services for Sister Khadija Aouam.
4) How the funds will be used (be specific as possible) - The Funds received will be use to pay for Khadija Aouam Funeral and Burial Expenses. The donations received will be directly deposited into Al-Marhama Bank Account to pay for the Funeral & Burial Expenses.
