A member of our community has just lost their sister this past week, and they are genuinely with very limited means to cover the janaza costs.

 

Sister Bouchra Bourhlal, age 45, from Morocco, living in New York, passed away earlier this week.

 

Her Janaza Prayer and Burial will take place tomorrow, Tuesday, March 1, 2022 at 11am at Cedar Knoll Cemetery (175 Staples Street, East Taunton, MA 02718).

 

If you plan to attend the Janaza Prayer and Burial, please follow safety protocols. Masks will be required regardless of your vaccination status. Please exercise social distancing, and do not attend if you are experiencing cold-like symptoms, or have been in close contact with anyone, including family members, who have been experiencing cold like symptoms.

 

We have set up a donation page online to help this family cover the Janaza expenses. Please donate generously with the intention to ease their burden and to ease the pain from their loss. They are our family.

O Allah, forgive her and have mercy upon her, excuse her and pardon her, and cleanse her with water, snow, and ice, and purify her of sin as a white robe is purified of filth. O Allah, exchange her home for a better home, and her family for a better family. Admit her in Paradise as her ultimate home, protect her from the punishment of the grave and the torment of the fire. O Allah, grant patience to her family and friends and provide them with strength and strong iman to recover from this difficult loss. Ameen.
