My sister is stuck in a mexican rehab

My sisters been in rehab for the past 4 years and has gotten a lot better. Shes even started volunteering out there. I lost my job due to Covid-19  and couldnt pay the monthly payments anymore and they wont let her out til we pay the balance and it keeps building up.  we hope to have her back soon and need help to get her out of there. Shes a very talented artist and hard working chef. Her troubled past sent her on the wrong path but shes back on track. Please help, everything is appreciated.  God bless
