Sindhupolchok, Nepal Home Building

Donation protected
Many of you know my daughter Allison is married to Umesh Shrestha from Nepal.  His family is located in one of the hardest hit areas, in the recent devastating earthquake.  His family lives in the town of Boise (pronouced Bo I se)  in the Sindhupolchol district of Nepal. His whole family and village have lost their homes and are currently living in tent shelters.  They need everything food, drinking water, medical supplies which we are currently preparing to send and eventually homes.
The picture is my daughter in one of her past visits to Nepal with local villagers.  Umesh is currently in Nepal, Allison is leaving Wed. 5/6 to bring first aid supplies, she is an EMT.  There will be a home building trip aouung September.  He will begin to rebuild homes in his village of Boise. A 3-4 bedroom home in the village can house 10 people and the cost for one home is about $10k. We want to help Umesh build a home for his family and at least four other homes for the rest of the village.  These amazing people who have so little material goods have an abundance of grace, love and a rich valued cultured. These Nepali's  treated my American daughter like family years before Allison and Umesh were married. Any size donation is greatly appreciated and we will update you with pictures on the progress and impact your donations make in this majestic setting.

Blessings and love,
Dana Schroeder
