Sick in Long Beach, NY

For the past (nearly) THREE MONTHS, now as this is UPDATED

since October 2021

I have been VERY sick.

This all started out at as cold/flu like symptoms, I was prescribed antibiotics, cough syrup, ventolin inhaler, etc.

In the last THREE MONTHS, 

I’ve lost over 60 LBS

(yes, SIXTY lbs.)

At first I thought it was just the “Covid weight” coming off and then I realized it was something more serious when my clothes were extremely too big for me.

I’ve been to countless emergency rooms, (denied by TWO local ER’S) 

eight urgent care doctors, one urologist, and one gastroenterologist. 

those that know me know that I physically only suffer from migraines and I never get sick ever.

I’ve had three Covid tests, two flu tests,

two X-rays, two strep tests had to give stool samples (basically I feel like a pin cushion for the last four weeks when I went to the the hospital for testing to find out why I was still sick after a month.)

After four weeks my cold and flu symptoms subsided a bit, and then I started vomiting every morning like clockwork 2, 3, 4 am etc. I’m not gonna go into detail about the stomach issues that I was having with the vomiting and nausea BUT Let’s just say that Mr. hanky the Christmas Poo came early this year.

So at the hospital during the first visit they found blood in my urine. That led me to go to the urologist

-now I did have blood in my urine years ago but it turned out to be nothing. But this time, the doctor ordered a CT scan. The second time I went to the hospital I actually got the CT scan they found gallstones.

since they found the Stones, I started seeing a gastroenterologist. As of now I’m scheduled for a colonoscopy & Endoscopy December 15th, to be done at the same time as of now, There’s a possibility it could be:

Ulcerative Colitis

IBD

Crohn’s Disease

I am unable to afford my medications. I cannot eat these days, and when I actually do eat a decent amount, for once I am extremely sick the next day.

I have to pay my rent and the reason why I’m reaching out now, so last minute, is because I reached out to a ton of people but have had not much luck with receiving monetary help.

If you could PLEASE help me out

This is strictly for:

MEDICINE / MEDICATIONS

RENT

and FOOD

and GAS to get to and from doctors visits.

I know this is a tough time of the year for a lot of people, more so this year then most.

I didn’t want to make this GoFund Me, it’s a last last resort once again, I’ve already reached out to several friends and even people I’ve known for over 15 years.
