Help Shonna with medical and life expenses

My name is Shonna Vest and I have been dealt a difficult hand which has made my life decisions turn a turn I never expected. I have 35 years of employment under my belt, I have a wonderful daughter, son-in-law, and grandson, the best man in my life I could ever dream of, and his family. My friends are so supportive, loving, and there for me in all my ups and downs. I have been handed a diagnosis of ALS, this has placed many changes in my life, impacting walking, housework, shopping, and yard work. The most important item in my life that has been depleted is independence. I must make several major changes in the very near future in order to be able to stay within a home and keep some independence. I have stairs in the home I own now, and trying to get up and down the stairs have become extremely difficult. I need to find a ranch-style home, pack up my house, and have the house set up for handicapped access within the entry, bathroom, vehicle, wheelchair, etc. I need financial assistance with any and all of these items. I must put my pride aside and reach out to ask for help. Any assistance is truly appreciated and will keep me in a house and provide independence. Thank you in advance for taking the time to help me.
