Hi All,
On Friday evening 3/23rd Shirley slipped on black ice. She broke her elbow and had to undergo emergency Hip Replacement Surgery @ Lehigh Valley Hospital. She is still undergoing extensive physical therapy.
Pennsylvania does not have a State Disability Benefits Program which puts her on an unpaid leave of absence. Currently in rehab, Shirley needs help with medical bills, living expenses, and physical therapy.
