SHINE-ing through Ovarian Cancer

Good day! I am currently raising funds for a dear friend, Sunshine. She is an international teacher and currently teach high school science in a school in South Carolina. She is the breadwinner of the family who are all living in the Philippines. She went to the United States alone in the hopes of giving her family a better life. She is diagnosed with stage 3 ovarian cancer and she will be starting her Chemotherapy on April 2nd. Her doctors also told her that they have to remove their ovaries which will result in her not being able to have her own children in the future, which actually broke her heart the most. She greatly needs financial help. She is a very strong and independent woman and she is very determined to win this fight against cancer.  We, as her friends turned family in the United States are doing all we can to help her with her treatment and not burden her family in the Philippines.
