Baton Rouge Flood -Shiflett Family

My parents lost all of their contents in the downstairs of their home and all of the contents in my grandmothers house, a few houses down from theirs. They will need to completely gut both houses. They, along with thousands of others, live in a NO FLOOD zone. They literally had maybe 2 hours warning before house began taking water. NO flood insurance in a 100 year flood free zone. I feel helpless so I'm trying to help with any financial costs.
