Sherri was diagnosed with multiple chronic and serious diseases in the last year. After many years of struggling with things like insomnia, anxiety, joint pain, headaches, and fatigue she was diagnosed with Lyme disease and Epstein Barr virus. As awful as those issues and their side effects are, we were relieved to have a diagnosis and start on a course of recovery. Well, about a month later she went in to have a lump checked and was ultimately diagnosed with stage 2b invasive ductile carcinoma (Breast Cancer).
Needless to say, this rocked our world. After a fairly thorough but frantic search we chose the direction that we felt would be effective and aligned with our desires.
Sherri has been an amazing trooper throughout this year sticking to her diet, supplements and treatments. She experienced a significant and immediate improvement in her Lyme symptoms. In the first 5 months she had very good success with all of her cancer markers and Circulating Tumor cell counts significantly declining. The results of her last test in December were a mixed bag. The tumor markers were still normal but her Circulating Tumor Cell count went up a bit. Additionally, after several different scans we unfortunately learned that she has two new malignant lumps and some swollen lymph nodes. We're not giving up and just need to get things moving in the right direction again. There are new treatments and protocols that we'd like to add to the fight, but they're pricey. In addition to the current nutritional, supplement and IV protocol we're doing, we need to add things like a trip to CHIPSA Hospital, household water filtration and distillation systems, a better juicer for the Gerson protocol, new medical devices, and new doctor protocol expenses, none of which is covered by insurance.
Second only to cancer itself, the finances are a major challenge and stressor and we really need some help. This may be a bold ask, but it’s a big need and Sherri’s worth the discomfort this may cause us. We absolutely understand that some can’t help and some may choose not to and that is totally fine. Our hope is that some of you may partner with us with either one time gifts or ongoing support. Whether you help financially or not, please pray. Our God is loving and powerful. He created us, loves us and desires to bless us.
Since we’re already uncomfortable, let me just be specific with the need. The current protocol that we’ve been following cost us $40,000 in 2016. Because of the initial success and and bc of some things we believe we need to change, we will likely stick with it the coming year. In addition to this, there are options that we’d really like to add. The costs range from $5,000 to $50,000 (clinic in Mexico). I know this will sound crazy to some, but for the reasons I’ve just stated, we’re hoping and praying that we can raise $90,000.
For those that are willing and able to help, if you want to understand details on the protocol we’re following, the options we’re considering and the costs associated, we will be completely transparent with you. Just ask.
Lastly, please know that absolutely nothing given will go to anything except costs to heal Sherri.
Donations could also be sent to us directly. Thank you.
