On Sunday, February 18th, 2018, Shelly Leidig passed away tragically and unexpectedly from complications associated with the Flu. She was a force to be reckoned with in the State's Attorney's Office and loving mother, friend and colleague to all who knew her. Shelly started in the State's Attorney's Office when she was just 18 years old. We are raising money for her family during this difficult time. Shelly spent her life taking care of others and now it is our turn to take care of her and her family.
My name is Garret Glennon and I worked with Shelly in the Baltimore County State's Attorney's Office for the past 20 years. We would like to raise these funds for Shelly's children Brittany and Eddie to help with funeral expenses and other expenses related to this unfortunate tragedy. At the conclusion of this campaign it is my understanding that GoFundMe is going to wire to my checking account (that I've already provided) the total amount of donations minus the website's fee. I will in turn write a check to the executor of Shelly's estate for the exact amount transferred to my account. I thank everyone for their generous donations.
