We all love Shane Ellison. Some of you know him as a co-worker who works hard for the city, others know him as a friend experiencing Shane's loud laugh and love for fun and others know him as a Coach inspiring his team to work hard and have fun. Some get the privilege to call him family: husband, cousin, uncle, brother and Dad. His loving wife Candice will tell you he is the "Best Dad Ever" to their 3 children.  Recently, the doctors diagnosed Shane with melenoma cancer. He recently underwent a surgery that went as planned and he and his family are waiting to hear more details. What the doctors have informed them is that Shane's continuing condition is serious. Many of you have been asking what can you do to help. This GoFundMe project is a great and practical way to bless the Ellison family as they journey through this trying season. When Shane got the call with the unfortunate news, he was working on his roof that still needs to be completely repaired. Part of the funds raised will go to repair his family's roof.
