Hello all! My name is Seth and I just had a double lung transplant! :) The transplant was necassary due to my Cystic Fibrosis escalating to a near fatal level. I had my transplant at the University of Wisconsin Medical Center in which I spent most of my time in the ICU. I was in the hospital for almost two months. Between the cost of the surgery and the hospital stay, along with the many new medications I'm required to take, I'm having a very hard time finacially funding my medications and groceries as well as rent. I'm not a person that would normally ask for this kind of help but I absolutely have to or I'm not going to be able to afford my medications and rent or food.
