Send Sergio Haro to the DNC

It is not enough to sit back and watch the political process take place. Bernie Sanders' reluctance to take donations from corporations and large donors, along with his political revolution inspired me to take action. With the support of the Missouri Berners, I am now headed to the Democratic National Convention in Philadelphia to support Bernie Sanders!!!

The Democratic Party has reserved a set of rooms for Missouri delegates that come with a steep price. I have outlined a rough budget below:

Hotel = $629 per night

$629 x 5 nights = $3,145

I will be splitting a room with a fellow delegate so the hotel cost will be split.

$3,145/2= $1,572.50

I planned an average of $15 per meal, three meals a day, for 6 days (Sunday-Friday).

$15 x 3 meals per day x 6 days= $270

I will be driving/carpooling to Philadelphia, I estimate it will cost about $60 worth of gas each way, making travel $120. I am adding an additional $100 for taxi/Uber expenses that might be necessary during the week.

Altogether:
Hotel:  $1572.50
Food:      $270.00
Travel:    $220.00
Total:    $2062.50

Gofundme takes 8% of the money raised, so if we tack that on we get a fundraising goal of: $2,241 ($2,250 is a nice even number). 

So I ask all of you to help me get to the DNC by making a donation. The deadline to raise all funds is July 17th, but I am making it my personal goal to raise all funds by July 10th.
