Congratulations to Tracy Nagai for qualifying to the Crossfit Games 2017!
She will be traveling all the way to Madison, Wisconsin representing the North West Region in the beginning of August . Our tiny Ninja will be competing in the 35-39 Master's Division.
As Tracy trains for the Games, we will be hosting an in-house throwdown to get a small glimpse of a day in the life of our very own crossfit game's athlete.
Saturday July 22nd at 8:00 am (team registration/ athlete briefing start at 7:30)
ALL SKILLS LEVEL WELCOMED!
M/M and F/F teams -- $60 registration fee (all proceeds from this event will go towards helping Tracy with trip expenses). If you can't find a partner, don't worry we will find you one. :)
Food festivities to follow the event.
