$2500 to Study at ISU
Donation protected
As a recent mechanical engineering graduate from Daniel Webster College, I have been blessed to recieve a full scholarship to the International Space University in Strasbourg, France to get my masters degree in Space Studies. Once I get to France my tuition and living expenses are 100% taken care of, but the problem is getting there. I don't have access to my scholarship funding until I start school in September.
My visa appointment is on August 2nd, and in order to be approved for my long stay visa, I need to have the following expenses paid for:
- Apartment deposit and first month's rent
- International insurace
- Airfare
- Remainder of undergraduate school bill
This comes to roughly $2500.
All that stands between myself and the greatest opportunity of my life is the cost of a week long vacation. I've overcome an endless supply of obstacles to get this close, and to see my dreams slip away now would be heartbreaking.
I cannot express how thankful I am for the opportunities that I've been given and the people that support me in my persuit to reach the stars. If I make it to France, I will not squander the opportunity. Thank you.
