BELOVED DENIZENS of the UNITED STATES of AMERICA :

  I, CHARLES JOHNSON, am a devout and loyal friend of (EMMA) SUFFER DILEMMA to beget food & drink for her for the last 12 months of agony on the street. For SHE COULD NOT -- bc of ORGAN CONDITION FAILURE from her former PREGNANCY.  For the county programs would not bring her one ounce of food, drink or diaper; knowing she were INCONTINENT and DISABLED from her condition. 

OCTOBER 2020:  PSYCH WARD STAY:

4 MORNINGS :  LOW BLOOD PRESSURE 

2× AMBULANCE to the ER:  For SEVERE DIFFICULTY BREATHING:  

 DISCHARGED with 2x:  INHALERS for asthmatic symptoms.

THE TRAGEDY:   

EVERY TOM, DICK, & HARRY from RICHMOND HWY got TRANSFERED TO HOTEL ROOMS;  DIRECTED BY FAIRFAX COUNTY:  The 3rd WEALTHIEST COUNTY in the COUNTRY.
